Emmanuel Quartey

Emmanuel is a multitalented musician and a composer. He is very conversant with all the traditional African instruments especially the Flute. He has toured and performed in many international festivals across the globe.

He is also a social worker at Jaynii Sreetwise and the founder of the Alokoto Festival in Ghana alokotocarnival.wixsite.com/alokotocarnival

Naa Borkor Quartey

Naa Borkor is a fashion designer and a Chief
Operations Officer for JAYNII STREETWISE ORGANISATION www.jaynii.com since 2008.

She loves to do social works and she is the lead
choreographer for the Jaynii Cultural Troupe.

Naa Borkor designs and sew the outfits for the group's performances. She is also a Global Peace Ambassador and Obama Leader.

Nii Sackey Okine

Sackey - The Showman is a very energetic performer who has been there since the troupe's inception in 2007 and has toured Europe and Colombia with his acts.

He dances with style. He is also good at playing drums.
One of his specialty is performing with fire.

Nii Sackey is a dispatch rider.

Xylophonist

Raymond B Borquaye

Raymond Bortey Borquaye is an artisan who loves music and dance. He is one of the founding members of Jaynii Cultural Troupe. He specializes in playing xylophone and trains the young ones how to play the instrument. He has also performed on various shows with the group's tour locally and in Colombia

Dance Gome Drummer

Isaac T Botchway

Isaac is a founding member of the Jaynii. He is a drummer, dancer and very good on the Gome drum. He has toured many places in Europe, mostly Germany
and he loves to impart his skills on the youth. AS such, he teaches students in basic and secondary schools how to dance and play African musical instruments.

Master Drummer

Adotey Richter

Adotey is the most travelled member of the troupe. A dance and drum teacher. He has travelled far and wide to perform at international festivals from East West North and South of the globe. He is currently the master drummer for the group as he plays almost every drum pattern.

Janet Asimah

Janet Asimah joined Jaynii Cultural troupe in 2017 and she is currently one of the lead talented dancers and vocalists.
Janet who is self employed as a caterer have specialized in several traditional royal dances.

Audrey Buxton

At age six, Audrey started training with Jaynii Cultural Troupe as a dancer and backing vocals.

Audrey benefited from the artistic training form the Streetwise Project www.jaynii.com as well as the church choir

Adua is a very skillful dancer. She's been performing with Jaynii since 2008 as a dancer and backing vocals. She started dancing at age 4 and has performed with the group since then.

Fofo A Zokpa

Fofo Afotey Zokpa is a trader who joined the Jaynii Cultural Troupe in 2015. She is one of our experts when it comes to folklore dances.

She has performed at almost every local event with the troupe.

At a very tender age, manuel intrincally has been playing with the instruments after the group's reheasals. No wonder he can do alot when it comes to creativity

Martin is one of the children trained from the Streetwise Project who Started training and performing as a drummer in 2015

Joshua started as a dancer then graduated into a very good Xylophonist

He is one of our experts when it comes to folklore and contemporary dances. He has performed at almost every local event with the troupe.

Lovia Ansah

Lovia Ansah is one of our favourite vocalists who joined the group in 2021. She plays the maracas.
She is also the marketing and operations manager at AR group company.

Eric Mbir

Eric started playing trumpet since 2011.
He plays drums and bells too.

He has love and dedication for music and always learning to do more.

Henry Kwatei Quartey

Kwatei is member of the group since 2006 and is one of our good performers who sings and plays the flute too. He has good performance skills and always ready to learn more about traditional folklore music.
