JayNii Cultural Troupe is an Entertainment Talent developing and Booking group in Ghana that develop and showcase African cultural and creative arts talents Jaynii equip the youth with employable and entrepreneurial skills in the Creative Arts field to empower them to cut down unemployment rate. 

JayNii produce African Artistes, Musicians, Acrobats, Cultural / traditional performers with incredible and irresistible African rhythms and dances acts that sets one's whole being in motion.

Jaynii was founded in Accra, Ghana in 1997 by Artistic Director / versatile Musician Emmanuel Quartey and Naa Borkor Quartey, a distinguished choreographer, dancer, instrumentalist, dance teacher and consultant of International reputation.

• On the African continent, the JayNii Troupe performed alongside great artistes like Salif Keita, Osibisa's McTonto, Rita Marley, 2Face Idibia, Fumi Kuti. 

• Jaynii performed for the massive audience from all over the world alongside Rita Marley, 2-face Idibia, Smile Africa(U.K.) Nu Black Art West Theatre, U.S based solo drummer Okyerema Asante, Ras Kobi, Makeda Thomas dance Project, Bahamas National Children's Choir and many more.

• On national televisions like GTV and TV3 which covered the group with American Gospel Superstar, Kirk Franklin of "storm" fame at the International Conference Centre, Accra.

• Mozambique president and Minister of Health malaria conference • On many of the national televisions including Metro TV'Thank God its Friday' show  

• MNET and Studio 53 television of South Africa. • With McTontoh of Osibisa band (U.K. based) performed on the great show dubbed "Global Call to Action against Poverty" (GCAP led by Kumi Naidoo, U.S.) alongside great artistes like Salif Keita, Orlando Julius, Fela Fumi Kuti, South African Dancers, Ethnic Productions of Kenya and numerous artistes from the African continent.
